Make a Reservation

1. RENTAL TERMS

• Equipment is rented for the selected duration (full day or week)
• Rental period begins at time of pickup
• Equipment must be returned by the due date/time shown on receipt

2. EQUIPMENT CONDITION

• Renter acknowledges receiving equipment in good working condition
• Equipment may be new or previously used; all items are quality inspected
• Any concerns about equipment condition must be reported immediately

3. FEES AND CHARGES

• Security Deposit: Refundable upon return in good condition
• Late Fee: $75.00 if returned after due date
• Non-Return Fee: $1200.00 if equipment is not returned
• Damage: Renter is responsible for repair or replacement costs

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup
• Partial refund (50%) if cancelled 12-24 hours before pickup
• No refund if cancelled less than 12 hours before pickup
